Preparing for Class
Intro Week is your first week of unlimited yoga. Yoga mat rental is included.
Register for Intro Week.
Fill out our waiver; bring this and your photo ID to your first class.
Be at the studio 15 minutes before your first class begins.
Sign in on 4th floor for each class. Sign in begins 15 minutes before a 40 minute class, and 30 minutes before a 60 or 90 minute class.
Bring a yoga mat, a large bath towel and a bottle of water.
Be well hydrated before class. Drink 3-4 liters of water on days when you take class.
We highly recommend that you do not drink coffee or consume caffeine on days when you take class.
Wear clothing you feel comfortable sweating in.
We have changing rooms and showers for men and women.
