Preparing for Class

  • Intro Week is your first week of unlimited yoga. Yoga mat rental is included.

  • Register for Intro Week.

  • Fill out our waiver; bring this and your photo ID to your first class.

  • Be at the studio 15 minutes before your first class begins.

  • Sign in on 4th floor for each class. Sign in begins  15 minutes before a 40 minute class, and 30 minutes before a 60 or 90 minute class.

  • Bring a yoga mat, a large bath towel and a bottle of water.

  • Be well hydrated before class. Drink 3-4 liters of water on days when you take class.

  • We highly recommend that you do not drink coffee or consume caffeine on days when you take class.

  • Wear clothing you feel comfortable sweating in.

  • We have changing rooms and showers for men and women.
